Most UK orders are sent as large letter. Some orders are sent as a small parcel.
We offer free 14 day returns for UK customers if your ink cartridge is faulty. However you must email a request to email@example.com to obtain a returns number & return details.
We accept UK & France orders only.
* * Unless stated in the description - Ciss Systems and some Refillable Cartridges which are sold at low prices are despatched by Airmail from our Warehouse in China Direct to the Customer. Please allow around 14-30 days for delivery.

Need to return something?
Let’s face it; returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Yawn. But don’t panic, here at Ink Shop we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.
Ink Shop Returns Policy
- Something not right? No problem. Let us know and we’ll get it straightened out for you.
- Ink Shop do not currently offer exchanges for HP & Canon remanufactured inks - just refunds!
- Item(s) must be unused. You know what we mean guys; keep it out of your printer! Used cartridges are of no use to you or us!
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
- You have 14 days from the date you received your items to make a return.
Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!
Contact us to obtain a RMA number and the return address.
This is to ensure the returns process is as speedy and simple as possible.
